This site is operated by Evel’s Empire, Abuja, Nigeria. By placing an order or commissioning a piece you agree to these terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds and Privacy Policy.
All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are shown on every product — we never withhold a price. An order is accepted when we confirm it after payment. Payments are processed by Paystack; we never see or store your card details.
Custom commissions are paid in full before production begins, carry a minimum commission value of ₦20,000, and are priced to your design following your consultation. Indicative ranges on the site are a guide, not a quotation.
Evel’s Mystery boxes (Pill and Ball) are curated in confidence: you will know how many pieces a box holds before you buy, but not which ones. Contents cannot be disclosed before purchase, and Mystery boxes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Crown boxes include a consultation call after payment — the co-designed piece begins there.
All orders dispatch within 3–9 working days, delivery is quoted per order, and we deliver within Nigeria only at launch — see the Shipping Policy. What can and cannot be returned is set out in Returns & Refunds; nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
Every piece is handcrafted. Small variations in beads, stones and finish are the nature of the work, not defects. Photographs and gradient placeholders on the site are representations; one-of-one pieces in the Archive are shown as inspiration and are not for sale.
Everything on this site — names, words, photography, designs — belongs to Evel’s Empire and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.
We are responsible for supplying what you ordered as described. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when you ordered, or that arise from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and Nigerian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies to your order. Questions: empireevel@gmail.com.
