Everything we make is prepared by hand, and everything we send is quoted for your address specifically. Here is exactly how delivery works.

All orders — Mystery boxes, custom commissions, and ready-made pieces from the Store — are dispatched within 3–9 working days of your order being confirmed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Nigerian public holidays.
For a Crown box, dispatch follows your design call — one of its pieces is designed with you, so the conversation comes first.
Delivery is quoted per order. There are no flat rates and no shipping zones: every quote reflects your address and your order. Delivery quoted separately, we will contact you. After you place your order, we reach out — usually on WhatsApp — with your delivery quote before anything is dispatched.
We deliver within Nigeria only at launch. If you are outside Nigeria and dreaming of a piece, write to us anyway — we will tell you the moment that changes.
