Evel’s Mystery boxes (Pill and Ball) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Contents are curated and cannot be disclosed before purchase — the concealment is the product, and it cannot be undone once a box is opened or a curation revealed.
Custom commissions are non-returnable. Payment is taken in full before production begins, and every commission is made once, for one person — it cannot be restocked, resold, or remade for anyone else. Design details are agreed with you before we begin.
Ready-made pieces from the Store follow a standard 48-hour returns window: tell us within 48 hours of delivery that you wish to return a piece. It must be unworn and in its original condition and packaging.
To begin a return, message us on WhatsApp (+2349018591367) or email empireevel@gmail.com with your order details. Return delivery is arranged and quoted the same way as outbound delivery.
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method once the returned piece has been received and inspected — typically within 7 working days of it reaching us. Delivery costs are not refundable.
None of this affects your statutory rights under Nigerian consumer protection law, including remedies for pieces that arrive damaged or not as described — if that ever happens, contact us and we will make it right.
